With over 25 years of experience—and a combined $1.4 billion in closed real estate transactions—we’ve seen the real estate industry from every angle: residential, commercial development, land, lending, and multifamily. We’ve navigated market cycles, adapted to industry shifts, and built a strong foundation of knowledge and results.
But along the way, we’ve also seen too many people miss excellent opportunities to protect and grow their wealth—often due to fear or a lack of reliable information. That’s why we’re deeply committed to investor education. In real estate, knowledge truly is power. Joe Fairless is the Co-founder of Ashcroft Capital which has over $2B of assets under management. In addition to his work with Ashcroft Capital, Joe created the podcast Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show, which is the longest running daily real estate podcast in the world
Joe is a proud Member of the Texas Tech Alumni Advisor Board for the College of Media and Communication. He has also been recognized as Outstanding Alumni at Texas Tech University where he served as an Adjunct Professor. Joe is currently a Junior Achievement Board Member and Volunteer for the Cincinnati chapter where he was recognized by the Junior Achievement’s Free Enterprise Society for his dedication. Joe also volunteers at Crossroads Hospice and in 2018 he was recognized as Multifamily Investor of the Year by Think Realty Magazine.

Julie Lam, co-founder and CEO of Goodegg Investments, has been investing in real estate since 2009. During that time, she has focused mostly on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, passive investing through real estate syndications, and active multifamily investing.
Goodegg Investments has syndicated 6,600+ multifamily units, worth over $800M. As a real estate investment company, they focus on preserving and growing investor capital by identifying conservative investment opportunities that are acquired and managed by experienced partners who have a proven track record of success.

Annie Dickerson
COO, Goodegg Investments
Annie Dickerson, co-founder and COO at Goodegg Investments, has invested in multifamily real estate since 2008. Her current portfolio spans multiple markets around the country and includes both active and passive investments. Annie specializes in strategic brand initiatives, investor education, and marketing.
Together, Annie and Julie are the co-creators of the Real Estate Accelerator Mentorship Program and the Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, co-hosts of the Life and Money Show podcast, and co-authors of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact.
